A bright and bracing, fruity and floral cocktail which is just as beautiful as delicious.
Aviation Cocktail Recipe
2 oz gin
1/2 oz Creme de Violette
1/2 oz Luxardo Cherry liqueur
3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
Brandied cherry for garnish
Method
Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake until icy cold, and strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with a brandied cherry. Enjoy!
