I thank my daughter’s generation for helping bring classic white running shoes to their current fame. I love how they have become the shoe to wear at prom, on the runway, with a chic suit or a pair of slouchy trousers and skinny tank top. So comfortable and fantastic that it makes it tough to think of wearing stilettos again anytime soon. But I guess I don’t have much to worry about there as my daughter has the same passion for a pair of 100mm iridescent Orchid pink pumps at Stuart Weitzman that she does for her favourite pair of Nike Air Force 1s.
